Karkówka zapiekana z miodem i keczupem

Ingredients:

1-1,5 kg karkówki
przyprawa Marynata staropolska z Kamisu
3 cebule
1 łyżka miodu
mały keczup pikantny
olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Karkówkę natrzeć przyprawą na 12 godzin(np:na noc).Potem kroimy w plastry grubości ok 1 cm i smażymy na tłuszczu.Cebulę pokrojoną w plastry również smażymy.Układamy w naczyniu żaroodpornym karkówkę i na wierzch cebulę(może być warstwami).Miód i keczup mieszamy i tą zawiesiną polewamy karkówkę i pieczemy 30 minut.
Byłam na imprezce,gdzie taka karkówka była w menu i bardzo mi posmakowala,więc poprosiłam o przepis>Robiłam to i musiałm od razu dać przepis znajomym,więc mylę,że na WŻ też się komuś przyda.Można karkówkę przygotować i w trakcie imprezy zapiec i podać gościom.SMACZEGO!!!!

robiłam karkowkę w sobotę,pyszna nacierasz mięsko marynatą suchą, czy dodajesz do niej trochę oleju dzięki sa przepis.

Nacieram na "sucho",ale można z olejem-jak kto uważa.Cieszy mnie że smakowało
