Kruchutkie kotlety karkowe z maślanki - Seria tanie obiady

Ingredients:

6 kotletów wieprzowych karkowych

1/2 litra maślanki

sól

pieprz

3 jajka

bułka tarta

olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Kotlety karkowe bardzo cieniutko rozbijamy, uważając, żeby się nie porwały, dokładnie solimy i posypujemy pieprzem.

Mięso układamy w salaterce, zalewamy kotlety maślanką, owijamy folią spożywczą i wstawiamy na całą noc do lodówki.

Na drugi dzień wykładamy kotlety na durszlak i czekamy aż obciekną - około 15 min. Panierujemy delikatnie w tartej bułce, potem w jajku i jeszcze raz cienko w bułce tartej.

Smażymy na rozgrzanym tłuszczu na złoty kolor, dwa razy obracając.

Podajemy z ziemniakami i surówką.

Kotlety smakują wyśmienicie i są bardzo kruche.

Smacznego.

Kotlety bardzo smaczne,musiałam je dopiec w piekarniku,bo mi wyszły trochę za grube,ale to nie zmieniło smaku.
