Kebabowe zapiekanki- czyli kebab inaczej

Ingredients:

-pierś z kurczaka

-ogórki konserwowe- 4szt

-pomidory-2szt

-kapusta pekińska

-sól, pieprz

-majonez, musztarda,ketchup

-przyprawa do kebaba-

8 kajzerek

- ser żółty ok. 20 dag

Prepare instructions:

Z bułek zciąć czapeczki i wydłubać środki następnie wysmarować ketchupem wymieszanym z majonezem ( po ok 3 łyżki ketchupu i majonezu). Pekińską posiekać, pomidory i ogórki konserwowe pokroić w drobną kostkę połączyć. Pierś pokroić na kawałki i przyprawić przyprawą do kebaba,usmażyć a gdy ostygnie pokroić w małą kostkę i dodać do połączonych warzyw. Powstałą surówkę przyprawić solą, pieprzem , łyżką ketchupu, łyżką majonezu i małą łyżeczką musztardy. Farsz nakładać do wysmarowanych bułek i posypać startym serem.Piec 10minut w 200 C polać ulubionym sosem ( ja uwielbiam z czosnkowym).

Rewelacyjne te bułeczki! Z sosem czosnkowym- pycha. Najlepszy właśnie wcina czwartą i przepis kazał zostawić.Dzieki- Iza
