Keks świąteczny

Ingredients:

30 dag mąki,
17 dag margaryny,
15 dag cukru,
4 jaja,
2,5 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia,
około 50-60 dag bakalii:
rodzynki (najlepiej koryntki i sułtanki), orzechy włoskie łuskane, daktyle, śliwki kalifornijskie, morele suszone, migdały, skórka pomarańczowa i cytrynowa,
sól.

Prepare instructions:

Margarynę z cukrem i szczyptą soli utrzeć na uszystą masę i, nadal ucierając, połączyć z wbijanymi kolejno żółtkami. Mąkę przesiać i jednym ruchem wsypać do masy. Dokładnie ucierać (najlepiej mikserem), aż ciasto będzie puszyste i jednolite. Dodać bakalie oprószone mąką (można je wcześniej namoczyć, np. w rumie), proszek do pieczenia. Dobrze wymieszać. Z białek ubić sztywną pianę ze szczyptą soli i delikatnie połączyć z ciastem. Do przygotowanej formy keksowej włożyć ciasto (powinno sięgać do 3/4 wysokości). Piec 45-55 min w temperaturze 180-200°C.

Super ciacho. Surowe faktycznie trzeba urabiać rękami, ale najważniejsze że wyszło i to nie bylejakie, a pyszne. Mi zazwyczaj wszystko siada w moim piekarniku, ale to ciasto dało radę. Dzięki.

Mi tak samo. Ubijać trzeba było rękami, a masa sięgała do 1/3 wysokości ale mam nadzieje że wspaniałe wyjdzie z tego ciasto
