Ingredients:

- słoiczek marynowanych grzybków (w ostateczności pieczarki),

- słoiczek marynowanej papryki,

- pół słoika ogórków konserwowych,

- pół słoika majonezu ( czyli 200g) najlepiej swojej roboty, ja zamiennie używam Mikado z Lidla, wy możecie użyć jaki lubicie,

- 200g gęstej 18% śmietany (pół dużego kubka),

- sól, cukier, pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Klasyczny sos tatarski taki, jaki robiła moja babcia na Święta. Ze starej książki kucharskiej. Doskonały do wędlin, pieczonego mięsa, jajek, ryby smażonej i w galarecie ale także do potraw z grilla.

1. Wszytkie składniki kroimy jak najdrobniej i na parę minut zostawiamy na sitku.

2. Mieszamy z majonezem, śmietaną i przyprawiamy według własnego smaku.

Dobry pomysł - nawet grzybki marynowane mam (leśne), paprykę kupię opiekaną i do roboty. Szkoda, że nie można składników zblendować;(
