Sos tatarski

Ingredients:

5 ogórków konserwowych

300g pieczarek marynowanych lub grzybki w occie domowej roboty

2 średnie jabłka (najlepiej twarde)

2 ząbki czosnku

sól, pieprz

2,5 łyżki majonezu

7 łyżek gęstego jogurtu naturalnego

sok z połowy cytryny

Prepare instructions:

Ogórki, grzybki, jabłka pokroić w drobną kosteczkę (grzybki, by pospieszyć siekam w blenderze).

Dodać jogurt, majonez, sok z cytryny i przeciśnięty przez praskę czosnek. Wymieszać.

Na koniec doprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem. Proponuję ok 1/3 łyżeczki świeżo zmielonego pieprzu i 1/2 łyżeczki soli, ale tutaj proponuję zdać się na własny smak.

Ilonko, to nie jest sos tatarski, tylko Twój sos. Sos tatarski nie ma prawa mieć czosnku ani żadnych jablek. Dla bazy tatarskiego służy szczypiorek, kapary, białko jajka na twardo pokrojone w kosteczkę, grzyby marynowane, ewentualnie ogorki w occie i chrzan.noi majonez, sok z cytryny i trochę cukru.

Mam nadzieję że Cię nie rozgniewałam, bo sama się dowiedziałam dopiero ze dwa lata temu

A mogę spytać, skąd taka wiedza nt. bazy do sosu tatarskiego? To do oleny. :)
