składniki dla 4 osób
3/4 kg mięsa mielonego(mieszanego obojetnie jakie kto lubi)
2 sosy pieczeniowe ciemne winiary
2 kostki rosołowe warzywne lub miesne
sol,pieprz
pół nie dużej główki kapusty białej
1-2 jajka
troszke bułki tartej
litr wody

Prepare instructions:

Kapuste drobno (ale nie za drobno) siekamy mozna w malakserze.Z kostek gotujemy rosół i wrzucamy do niego połowe kapusty.Gotujemy.Mieso przygotowujemy jak na tradycyjne kotlety mielone zagniecione mieso lączymy z resztą kapusty.smazymy kotlety na rumiano z obu stron.i wrzucamy do wywaru rosolowego z kapusta.Gotujemy ok 10-15 minut.Do miseczki wsypujemy oba sosy ,zalewamy odobina wody lub wywaru z garnak tyle zeby sie tylko rozpuscily i welwamy do garnaka miesem szybko mieszajac.W sosie gotowac jeszcze ok 10-15 minut.Ostrozne z przyprawianiem solą bo i wywar i sos są dość słone.Ja podaje z ziemnakami i buraczkami(na ciepło lub na zimno)Smacznego :)

W sklądnikach kapusty brak a w przepisie jest, może by tak poprawić którąś część ?!

Sorry jeśli uraziłem mą wypowiedzią ale jak ja przepis czytałem to kapusty nie było - widocznie mamy do czynienia z cudem!! Pozdrawiam
