Kokosowo-kakaowe muffinki

Ingredients:

mąka 2 szkl.
cukier 0,5 szkl.
proszek do pieczenia 1 łyżka
sól szczypta
kakao 2 łyżki
wiórki kokosowe 6 łyżek
mleko niecałe 1,5 szkl.
jajko 1
olej słonecznikowy 0,5 szkl.
olejek kokosowy 0,5 łyżeczki

Prepare instructions:

1. W jednym naczyniu wymieszać suche składniki (oprócz kakao i wiórków), w drugim składniki mokre (oprócz olejku kokosowego). Połączyć zawartość obu naczyń, wymieszać tylko do połączenia.

2. Ciasto podzielić na dwie części. Do jednej dodać kakao (wymieszać), do drugiej dodać wiórki kokosowe i olejek (wymieszać).

3. Do foremek kłaść łyżką na zmianę oba ciasta do 3/4 wysokości. Piec ok. 20 min w temp. 200 stopni

Łyżka proszku do pieczenia nie za dużo na 2 szklanki mąki

zapewniam, że to nie jest za dużo. 1 płaska łyżka proszku i wyrastają naprawde rewelacyjnie
