Kotleciki ziemniaczane z sosem pieczarkowym

Ingredients:

KOTLETY:
5 ugotowanych ziemniaków
1 jajko
3-4 łyżki mąki pszennej
(15-20 dkg wędzonego boczku) -można bez boczku
1 cebulka
pęczek szczypiorku
sól i pieprz do smaku
bułka tarta
olej do smażenia

SOS PIECZARKOWO-ŚMIETANOWY:
300 dkg pieczarek
1 cebulka
1 łyżka margaryny
1/2 szkl. słodkiej śmietanki 12%
1 łyżka mąki pszennej

Prepare instructions:

Do ostudzonych ugotowanych ziemniaków wbijamy surowe jajko, dodajemy mąkę, pokrojoną w kostkę cebulkę i posiekany szczypior, oraz podsmażony prędzej boczek pokrojony w kosteczkę. doprawiamy solą i pieprzem i zagniatamy ciasto ze składników. Formujemy grube kotlety, panierujemy w bułce tartej i smażymy na złoty kolor.
Pieczarki kroimy w talarki, podsmażamy razem z pokrojoną w talarki cebulką, dolewamy około 200ml wody (niepełna szklanka), po zagotowaniu dodajemy śmietankę wymieszaną z mąką. Mieszamy i czekamy, aż się zagotuje. Sosem polewamy kotlety ziemniaczane. SMACZNEGO!!!

Dzisiaj zrobiłam te kotleciki na obiad z sosem pieczarkowym z tego przepisu --------------> http://www.gotowanie.wkl.pl/przepis19037.html <-------------------- i wszystko smakowało wyśmienicie.Polecam tym co mają już dość mięcha na obiad.
