kotlet schabowy po polsku

Ingredients:

2 kawałki schabu bez kości o grubości ok 1cm
przyprawy: sól i pieprz (lub vegeta), zioła prowansalskie
jajko
3 łyżki mąki
3 łyżki mleka
olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Kotlety trochę rozbić (uważać,aby nie były za cienkie) posypać przyprawami- tradycyjny smak dają sól i pieprz, zioła prowansalskie dodają specyficznego, bardziej aroamtycznego charakteru.
Odstawić do lodówki przynajmniej na godzinę.
Wymieszać jajko z mąką i mlekiem (gęsta konsystencja ciasta) i doprawić do smaku szczyptą soli.
Kotlety dokładnie obtoczyć w cieście i kłaść na rozgrzany tłuszcz (ale na średniej mocy kuchenki bo ciasto jest bardzo delikatne, i przy zbyt wysokiej mocy może się przypalić zanim mięso będzie gotowe) - smażyć z obu stron po ok 3min.

Podawać z kapustą i pieczonymi ziemniakami lub na bardziej śródziemnomorski sposób- z warzywami na parze, kóre polewamy tłuszczykiem ze smażenia (to mój faworyt).

schabowy po polsku to na pewno nie jest, do polskiego schabowego dodaje sie tylko piprz, sól i na 100% smazymy na smalcu :)
