Krabowa sałatka - ale inna niż wszystkie

Ingredients:

paczka paluszków krabowych
opakowanie kabanosów (ja używam wieprzowych Tarczyńskiego) (20-30dkg)
spora cebula
majonez
chipsy (średnia paczka)
Tutaj trzeba przytoczyć pochodzenie tej sałatki. Moja znajoma mieszkała kilka miesięcy u rodziny swojego męża i przywiozła ten przepis od swojej teściowej z Ukrainy. Opowiadała, że tam w handlu oprócz płatków do mleka typowych dla naszych sklepów jest spory wybór płatków "na słono". Właśnie takie płatki są w orginale składnikiem tej sałatki. Z braku laku crunchipsy x-cuty są ich wspaniałym odpowiednikiem. Myślę, że smak to już wedle uznania smietana-ser, chyba najopdpowiedniejszy. Moje dzieci uwielbiające tę sałatkę wypróbowały juz chyba wszystkie smaki.

Prepare instructions:

No więc...Składniki były dla mnie pierwszy raz szokujące, ale co tam.
Cebulę kroimy na drobniutką kostkę, lekko oprószamy solą.
Paluszki krabowe oraz kabanosy kroimy na ok. 2 cm kawałki. Wszystko wrzucamy do miski, dodajemy majonez i dokładnie mieszamy. Majonezu nalezy dodać tyle, żeby sałatka nie była sucha, ale nie może też pływać.
Ostatnim etapem jest dodanie chipsów i ponowne wymieszanie.
Jeżeli robię większą ilość sałatki(na dłuższe siedzenie), to chipsy dodaję do częsci sałatki, a potem robię tak samo z resztą.

Łał, naprawdę niezwykła! Ale jestem pewna że bardzo dobra!!! Szkoda, że tyle kalorii...

wow ..powiem szczerze że skladniki zwalily mnie z nóg....ale dodaje do ulubionych bo takie niusy sa świetne ! Tylko może zrobię ją jak domownicy bedą poza domem coby ich składniki nie zszokowaly jak mnie
