Ingredients:

krolik o wadze 2 kg, 2łyżki mąki pszennej, 6 lyżek oleju, cebula, 4 ząbki czosnku, 1/4 l bialego wina, 200ml smietany 12%, 200ml śmietany kremówki, 1/2 kg pomidorow, 1łyżka suszonego cząbru, starta skorka z 1 cytryny dużej, sol i piperz do smaku, kieliszek likieru anyzowego( lub kieliszek wodki i 1/2 lyzeczki ziaren anyzu).

Prepare instructions:

po umyciu i osuszeniu krolika, pokroic go na porcje, natrzec solą i pieprzem i obtoczyc w mące, smażyc mięso na oleju do zrumienienia , w tym czasie czosnek i cebule obrac z lupin i pokroic w kostkę- dodac do mięsa, dolac wino, - dusic pod przykryciem przez pólterej godziny, w tym czasie pokroic pomidory na polówki i wymieszac ze śmietanami, cząbrem i skorka cytrynową- dodac do mięsa i dusic jeszcze 20 minut, doprawic likierem anyzowym i solą, inka21

dzoeco lubia z ryzem , my z męzem z kluskami ślaśkimi, do tego kapusta czerwona, lub surowka z pekinskiej z pestkami slonecznika , pozdrawiam inka21
