kućmok atosi

Ingredients:

1 kg ziemniaków
30 dag karczku (może być inne mięsko,ale doradzam karczek)
boczek wędzony
1 cebula
1 jajko
1/3 szklanki gorącego mleka
1 łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej
sól, pieprz,
duży ząbek czosnku
margaryna

Prepare instructions:

Surowe ziemniaki ścieramy tak jak na placki ziemniaczane,dodajemy mąke ziemniaczaną,gorące mleko i mieszamy,dodajemy jajko,duży ząbek czosnku,sól i pieprz do smaku.

Na patelni podsmażamy mięsko (karczek) z cebulka na margarynie,gdy się ładnie podsmaży dodajemy mięsko do ziemniaków i dokładnie mieszamy.

Blaszke w której będzie pieczony kućmok wykładamy plastrami wędzonego boczku,wlewamy ziemniaki.

Pieczemy około 1,5-2 godzin w temperaturze 180 stopni,musi być ładnie przypieczony na górze.

Podawać z kapustą kiszoną zasmażaną,surowkami,różnymi sosami lub poprostu samego,życzę smacznego!

Moja babcia robila cos takiego i nazywalo sie to 'kucmocha'.

W moich przepisach też mam ulubionego kućmoka tylko mój jest wersją z boczkiem i kiełbaską, nigdy nie robiłam z mięsem, muszę wypróbować koniecznie. Może Twój będzie jeszcze lepszy

kamilko jestem pewna ,że chodzi o to samo danie,renatko,polecam moją wersję z czystym sercem,mam nadzieję,że będzie smakowac,co nie oznacza ,że twoja jest gorsza,bo ja czesto robie rownież kućmoka z kiełbaską i boczkiem i jest pyszny:)
