Lecsó na zimę

Ingredients:

4 kg strąków papryki.
2 kg pomidorów
sól i pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Na sałatkę do przechowywania wybiera się zieloną, mięsistą, twardą paprykę. Czerwona papryka o kształcie pomidorów nie nadaje się do przechowywania, ponieważ szybko psuje się w słoikach. Podstawowe proporcje: papryki powinno być 2 razy więcej niż pomidorów. Paprykę oczyścić z pestek, pokrajać wzdłuż na 3—4 kawałki, wrzucić na 2 min. do gotującej się, lekko osolonej wody, po czym wyjąć na cedzak aby obciekła. Przetrzeć ugotowane pomidory i zagotować je na gęsto. Doprawić solą i pieprzem. Do przygotowanych i dokładnie wymytych słoików włożyć paprykę, następnie zalać ją przecierem pomidorowym, słoiki zamknąć i wsławić na 20—25 min. do gorącej wody. Następnie wyjąć, ostudzić i przechowywać w suchym, chłodnym miejscu.

Ja robiłam z czerwonej i żółtej, mięsistej i ani jeden słoik się nie popsuł, a ostatni otworzyłam po roku.
