Ingredients:

1 plat swiezego lososia bez skory
2-3 cebule slodkie ( czerwona hiszpanska)
1 lyzka soli
1 lyzka cukru
1 lyzka pieprzu
folia aluminiowa
oliwa z oliwek

Prepare instructions:

1. Sol, pieprz, cukier dokladnie wymieszac
2. Dokladnie obsypac przyprawami plat lososia
po obu stronach
3.Wkladamy do folii i szczelnie zamykamy
4.Tak zawinietego lososia wkladamy do lodowki
na 4 dni
5. Nastepnie oczyscic dokladnie lososia z przypraw,
kroic w bardzo cienkie paseczki
6. Cebule kroimy w krazki
7 Do naczynia szklanego ukladamy warstwami lososia, cebule
na koniec zalewamy najlepsza oliwa z oliwek.

Losos i cebula musza byc calkowicie pokryte oliwa
szczelnie zamykamy i do lodowki.
Tak przygotowany losos jest wspaniala przystawka do bardzo eleganckich potraw , swieta Bozego Narodzenia, wigilie, karnawal.
