Makaron Tagiatelle z sosem łososiowo śmietanowym

Ingredients:

150 g łososia dobrze wędzonego
szczypiorek (duża czubata łyżka)
2 małe kartoniki słodkiej śmietany (kremówki)
makaron (250 g)

(w moim domu to porcja dla 3 - 4 osób

)

Prepare instructions:

Łososia pokroić w paski (najlepiej nożycami). Do garnka nalać trochę oliwy z oliwek, mieszając podsmażyć łososia około 2 minuty ( z różowego zrobi się bardziej blady), do tego wlać śmietanę. Ma się bardzo delikatnie gotować, aż zgęstnieje. Wsypać szczypiorek. Wymieszać i gotowe.

Cieszę się bardzo, że smakowało ... danie ma charakterystyczny smak ...ale czasami warto sobie coś urozmaicić w jadłospisie Pozdrawiam cieplutko :)

Właśnie się gotuje. Uwielbiam wędzonego łososia, więc nic mnie nie zniechęci :) na razie wygląda smakowicie. Dziękuję za ten przepis na szybką piątkową kolację i pewnie sobotnie śniadanie :)
