200g makaronu
100g boczku lub bekonu troche oleju
5 duzych pieczarek
1 cebula
2 lub3 pory (biala czesc)
2 plasterki sera gouda lub inny okolo 50g
okolo100 mil slodkej smietany
maslo
przyprawy(sol,pieprz,wegeta,fondor)

Prepare instructions:

WYKONANIE

-makaron ugotowac w osolonej wodzie jak bedzie miekki wode odlac i odstawic
na bok

-Boczek lub bekon pokroic w drobna kostke i podpiec w malej ilisci oleju wlac do makaronu

-w tym samym naczyniu po boczku zeszklic na masle pokrojona cebulke ,dodac pokrojone pieczarki przyprawic pieprzem ,sola i maga.Jak woda wyparuje dac pieczarki do makaronu
-znow do tego samego naczynia dac lyzke masla dodac pokrojona w krazki pore 2 minuty podusic zalac smietana przyprawic (sola,pieprzem,wegeta,jak sie ma dodac troche fondoru .Pare minut pogotowac i dodac zolty ser ,po roztopieniu sera wszystko wlac do makaronu i wymieszac.GOTOWE

Dobry pomysł na szybki obiad czy kolację. Sosik smaczny, choć całość wyszła odrobinę za sucha (może za mało śmietanki), dodałam też odrobinę kukurydzy konserwowej. Z pewnością jeszcze skorzystam z tego przepisu
