Ingredients:

50 dkg makaronu
6 plasterkow wedzonego boczku, pokrojone w paseczki
20 dkg pieczarek pokrojonych w plasterki
2 i pol szklanki smietany
szczypiorek
pietruszka
sol, pieprz i sok z cytryny
1 lyzka oleju

Prepare instructions:

Ugotowac makaron , odlac wode i trzymac w naczyniu zaroodpornym, zeby byl cieply. W miedzyczasie na oleju podsmzyc boczek z grzybami okolo 5 minut. Dodac do tego odrobine smietany wymieszac , nastepnie dodac reszte smietany i gotowac, mieszajac na malym ogniu. Po ok 15 minutach sosik powinien byc zredukowany i zageszczony. Doprawic do smaku sola , pieprzem i sokiem z cytryny. Wrzucic posiekany szczypiorek i pietruszke. Wylac na makaron i wymieszac.
Jak widac na zdjeciu ja nie dodalam pietruszki, bo dzieciaki pozniej wygrzebuja.

Przepis mam z ksiazki kucharskiej z potrawami wloskimi.

ale osobiście posypałabym to jeszcze serem i zapiekła.
Lubię makaronik z pieczarkami ^^
