Ingredients:

3 szklanki mąki
25 dag masła
szklanka śmietany
3 łyżeczki cukru waniliowego
NADZIENIE:
ok.0,5kg jabłek
ok.0,5 szklanki cukru

Prepare instructions:

Zagnieść ciasto z podanych składników. Jabłka obrać i pokroić w ósemki lub w dość dużą kostkę.Rozwałkować ciasto i wycinać kwadraty o boku 4cm.Na każdym kwadracie kłaść kawałek jabłka,wcześniej ,,maczanego" w cukrze.Zagiąć wszystkie rogi do góry, tak aby powstała koperta.Upiec ciastka na złoto w temp. 180stC.

przyznaje się bez bicia,ze nie starałam się przy ich zawijaniu:)

Te ciasteczka są REWELACYJNE! Szybie w zrobieniu, nie za słodkie i wyśmienite. W mgnieniu oka znikają z talerza

Ciasteczka pyszne! Ja zrobiłam w formie rożków. Naprawdę fajny przepis!

Pyszne :) Ale następnym razem zrobię z podwójnej porcji bo wychodzi ich zdecydowanie za mało ;)
