Ingredients:

5 białek
ok.3/4 szkl.cukru
ok.10-20 dkg wiórek kokosowych(grubych)

Prepare instructions:

Gdy mi zostają białka to wykorzystuję je na kokosanki.A robię to tak : ubijam białka na sztywno,dodaję ok.3/4 szkl. cukru i mocno ubijam.Następnie wsypuję wiórki kokosowe(najlepiej jak najgrubsze) i bardzo delikatnie mieszam łyżką.Na wysmarowaną blaszkę łyżką nakładam małe kleksy i piekę (suszę) przy lekko uchylonych dzwiczkach piekarnika na złoty kolor w temperaturze ok.180-200 stopni.Ilość kokosu,cukru dobieram w zależności do ilości białek jakie mi pozostały.Beziki kokosowe lub jak kto woli kokosanki chętnie pałaszują goście do kawki lub herbatki

Dobry przepis. Wczoraj pierwszy raz robilam bezy i od razu pelny sukces. Dzis juz po nich nie ma sladu ;-) Dziekuje i pozdrawiam.

Ale super! Właśnie szukałam czegoś na wykorzystanie białek:) Zaraz zabieram się do ubijania:)

Właśnie zajadam:) Wyszły bardzo dobre. Trochę się na początku przestraszyłam bo trochę przywierają, moze warto spróbować upiec na papierze do pieczenia. Zrobiłam z czterech białek i wyszła równiutko blacha. Fajne dla gości.
