Matyjas ala łosoś w duszonych podgrzybkach.

Very easy

Ingredients:

1,5 kg Matyjasa ala łosoś.

0,5 kg cebuli

2 słoiczki podgrzybków duszonych (słoiczek około 300g)

250 ml oleju rzepakowego

Pieprz czarny mielony (dużo, ja daję czubatą łyżkę stołową)

Magii 2-3 łyżek stołowych

Prepare instructions:

Olej wlewamy na patelnie i podgrzewamy, dodajemy pokrojoną w kostkę cebulę i dusimy do miękkości około 10 minut po czym dodajemy grzybki ze słoików łączymy z duszona cebulą i dusimy około 5 minut doprawiamy magii i pieprzem. (Wszystko ma być wyczuwalne)

Odstawiamy do wystygnięcia!!

Matyjasy kroimy w półcentymetrowe paski i dodajemy do wystygniętych grzybków dokładnie wymieszać i przełożyć do słoiczków konsumować po 48 godzinach.

vikunia - podgrzybki ja kupuje w Lidlu, L-eclerku lub w Auchanie jeden słoik około 6.50 PLN

HA!Moze być dobre.Ja mam swoje podgrzybki zasolone,więc je poddusze najpierw,Smak pewnie bedzie nieco inny,ale myslę,że też wyjdzie.
