Sałatka śledziowa na zielono

Ingredients:

ŚLEDZIE:

20 dag filetów śledziowych matiesów,

1 duża cebula,

świeżo mielony pieprz,

olej słonecznikowy lub rzepakowy,

słój do ułożenia śledzi

SAŁATKA:

2 cebule,

2 świeże ogórki,

2 łyżki majonezu,

sól, pieprz

Do dekoracji:

1 cytryna,

kilka gałązek kopru

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie śledzi:

Śledzie moczyć około 40 minut w zimnej wodzie. Pokroić je w poprzek na paski szerokości około 1,5 cm. Cebulę drobno pokroić. W słoju układać naprzemiennie warstwami kawałki śledzi i pokrojoną cebulę do wyczerpania składników. Na wierzchu powinna być cebula. Każdą warstwę posypać obficie pieprzem. Zalać powoli zawartość słoja olejem tak, żeby wierzchnia warstwa była zakryta. Szczelnie zakręcić i odstawić do lodówki na kilka godzin.

Przygotowanie sałatki:

Śledzie osączyć z zalewy i rozgnieść za pomocą widelca. Cebule drobno pokroić, ogórki pokroić w kosteczkę. Wszystkie składniki połączyć, dodać majonez, doprawić solą i pieprzem, wymieszać. Sałatkę podawać udekorowaną plastrami cytryny i gałązkami kopru.

Hhmmmm,,,na pewno wypróbuje i dam znć jak smakowało....ciekawy przepis..siup do ulubionych
