Ingredients:

2 l bulionu wołowego (może być z kostki)
3 cebule
1 listek laurowy
1 czerwona papryka
3 ząbki czosnku
mała puszka czerwonej fasoli ok. 200g
mała puszka kukurydzy ok. 200g
po 1 łyżeczce: majeranku i ziół prowansalskich
3 łyżki koncentratu pomidorowego
bułka tarta ok. 1/2 szkl
1/2 kg mielonego mięsa wieprzowego
sól, pieprz
1 łyżka oleju

Prepare instructions:

Zagotowywujemy bulion z listkiem laurowym. Cebulę kroimy w kostkę i szklimy na oleju. Dodajemy do bulionu.

Mięso solimy i pieprzymy, dodajemy rozgnieciony ząbek czosnku i taką ilość bułki tartej, aby masa się nie rozpadała. Formujemy małe pulpeciki. Wrzucamy do bulionu i gotujemy 10 minut.

Dodajemy pokrojoną w kostkę paprykę i gotujemy kolejne 10 minut.
Łączymy z resztą składników.

Robię taką zupę od dawna, więc polecam - jest pyszna! W innej wersji mieso można podsmażyć i nie robić z niego kuleczek.

swietna zupka , moim pana smakowala :) ale dla mnie za tlusta :/ ojej , i od miesa i od cebuli . polecam jak najbardziej, smacznego
