Grażyno, czy chodzi o słodkie filety anchois w zalewie czy o bardziej popularne słone,w oliwie? Chciałabym zachować oryginalny smak dania, pozdrawiam!

Tak, Malbec, tylko slodkie filety anchois dadza daniu orginalny smak, a jak chcesz to rob eksperymenty ale nie se sledziami w oleju, pozdrawiam!

Nie bedę eksperymentować, bo lubię sledzie i inne rybne specjały na słodko i na szczęście wiem, gdzie kupić słodkie anchois. Dzięki za odpowiedz i pozdrawiam!

Zrobiłam..znakomity dodatek do kanapek:)..zamiast wymieszać z żółtkami lub śmietaną ja dodałam majonezu i kapary!!
połowę cebuli zeszkliłam, a resztę dodałam surową. Doprawiłam dodatkowo sokiem z cytryny!!!
