Muffinki jabłkowe ze słonecznikiem

Ingredients:

240 g mąki
1 torebka proszku do pieczenia
2 łyżki cynamonu
1 jajko
120 g cukru białego lub brązowego
125 g miękkiego masła
2 łyżki rumu
180 g jogurtu
100 g kwaśnej śmietany

3 - 4 jabłka bądź gruszki

Kruszonka:
1/2 szklanki mąki
4 łyżki cukru
1/4 kostki margaryny
30 g ziaren słonecznika

Jeśli robimy z gruszkami, to do ciasta można dodać 1/4 łyżeczki zmielonych goździków.

Prepare instructions:

Wymieszać przesianą mąkę, proszek do pieczenia i cynamon.

W oddzielnej misce roztrzepać jajko i dodać cukier. Dodawać stopniowo masło do masy jajecznej. Następnie dodać rum, jogurt, śmietanę i masę mączną.

Jabłka ( gruszki ) obrać, pokroić w sporą kostkę i dodać do ciasta. Wymieszać.

Robimy kruszonkę: zagniatamy podane składniki. Gdyby była zbyt "klejąca" to dodać mąki.

Foremki do muffinek napełniamy do 2/3 wysokości i posypujemy grubo kruszonką.

Pieczemy w piekarniku nagrzanym do 180 stopni, około 20-25 minut.

Muffinki są pyszne i bardzo wilgotne.

Olu mam pytanie?1 torebka proszku do pieczenia duża? to ile ma być tego proszku?

Sama się bałam, że będzie go zbyt dużo, ale muffinki są rewelacyjne. Ja dałam małą torebkę proszku, taką standardową. Nie wiem ile gram.
