najlepszy zurek wielkanocny i nie tylko

Ingredients:

ok 0,5 litra zakwasu zurkowego (przepis na osobnej stronie)

coś wedzonego(np zebreka ok 300g ,noga z kurczaka ok 2 szt)

300 g kiełbasy wedzonej

ok 0,7 litrowy garnek ziemniaków pokorojonych w grubą kostke

magi

5-7 liści laurowych

Prepare instructions:

Robimy baze pod żurek:

gotujemy (ok 60 minut)na małym ogniu wędzony wkład (zeberka lub kitki z kurczak ) dodając liście laurowe . po wyjęciu np kitek dodajemy pokrojone ziemniaki w kostke i kiełbase, gotujemy ok 5 mintut wlewamy zakwas zurkowy , gotujemy mieszając ok 5-10 minut, zurek gęstnieje i możmy dodać magi do smaku.Kitki z kurczakak obieramy i dodajemy miesko do zurku

Ja z ziemniakami dodaje jeszcze warzywka zamrożone (100-200 g) (jak są) .

Podawać z jajkiem na twardo .

A można prosić o ilosci składników? Ile wędzonki, ile ziemniaków, ile wody na 0,5 l zakwasu???? itd...

Wody tyla zeby był przykryte nogi z kurczaka lub zeberka. Po wyjeciu wygotowanego mieska dodaje zimeniaki i jak jes za mało wody to dolewam troszke
