Nalewka jagodowa na oczy i humor

Ingredients:

1 1/2 litra jagód (czarnych)
1 kg cukru
1 litr apirytusu
1 litr wody źródlanej

Prepare instructions:

Półtora litra jagód zasypać 1 kg cukru. Codziennie przez 6 tygodni wstrząsać słojem, postawić go na słonecznym parapecie. Po tym czasie odlac sok a owoce zalać 1 litrem spirytusu i zostawić na 6 tygodni. Czasem tez wstrząsnąc słojem. Po tym czasie zlać nalew a owoce zalać 1 litem wody źródlanej i zostawić na 3 dni (oczywiście wstrząsac słojem, by nie wypaść z rytmu ;-)). Następnie zlac wodę, połaczyć ze wczesniejszym nalewem. Pić dwa razy dziennie po 1 łyżce. Znam wiele osób, które bardzo chwalą sobie tę kurację, bo skuteczna na oczy... a humor, to już w 100% poprawia...

Sok zużyć według własnych upodobań.... ja owoce używam do ciasta, kremówdo ciast dla dorosłych...

Oj szkoda, że już sezon jagodowy za nami. Właśnie "zaliczyłam" okulistę, a tutaj taki prosty sposób na poprawe wzroku. Pozdrawiam.
