Nie moje ciasto makowo-kokosowe

Ingredients:

Na dno blaszki
- 1 opakowanie podłużnych biszkoptów
Na masę makową
- szklanka maku
- 4 jajka
- 3/4 szklanki cukru
- cukier waniliowy
- 2,5 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej
- 3 czubate łyżki mąki pszennej
- łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
- bakalie
- olejek migdałowy
lub puszka gotowego maku (co jest o wiele wygodniesze i równie smaczne
Na masę kokosowa
- 4 białka
- 3/4 szklanki cukru
- 1 łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej
- 20 dag wiórków kokosowych

Prepare instructions:

Na początku zaznaczam, że to nie mój przepis. Mam go z jakiegoś portalu, juz nie pamiętam jakiego. Piekłam je i jest bardzo pyszne.
Masa makowa: ubić żółtka, cukier waniliowy,cukier, (do gotowego maku dać mniej cukru), mak, mąki, proszek do pieczenia, olek. Dokładnie wymieszać.
Masa kokosowa: ubić białka na sztywno, dodać cukier, wiórki kosowe, makę ziemniaczana. Wymieszać.
Na blaszke prostokątna wyłozyc biszkopty, na to wyłożyć masę makowa, na nią mase kokosowa. Udekorowac według upodobania. Piec ok 1 godziny w temp 180.

A ja mam ten przepis z jakiejs gazety. Rzeczywiscie, smaczne to ciasto i niezbyt pracochlonne. Ja robie z gotowa masa makowa.

Ważne, że smaczne. Spróbuję z gotową masa makową, bedzie o wiele szybciej. Pozdrawiam.
