Omlet z boczkiem i groszkiem

Ingredients:

4 jajka
50 ml mleka
150 g wędzonego boczku
1 żółta papryka
1-2 łyżki drobno posiekanego szczypiorku
pół puszki groszku
sól, pieprz
1 łyżka masła do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Jajka ubić z mlekiem, przyprawić solą i pieprzem.

Na patelni rozgrzać masło, dodać drobno pokrojony boczek. Gdy się przesmaży, dodać pokrojoną w kostkę paprykę i posiekany szczypiorek. Smażyć ok. 5 minut. Dodać odsączony groszek. Następnie wszystko zalać jajkami z mlekiem, zmniejszyć ogień, przykryć i smażyć aż całość się zetnie. Omlet przerzucić delikatnie na drugą stronę, smażyć jeszcze ok. 2-3 minuty.

Bardzo lubię takie omlety, jednak proponuję użyć gruszku mrożonego, jest o wiele smacznieszy :). Pozdrawiam

Oczywiście, można użyć i groszku mrożonego, kwestia smaku. Mi osobiście zawsze bardziej smakowała wersja konserwowa:)

Bardzo smaczny omlet! Zrobilam go z 2 jajek i pozostale skladniki rowniez zmniejszylam,poniewaz omlet z 4 jajek , to dla mnie za duza porcja. Polecam!!!
