Penne z krewetkami w sosie pomidorowo-paprykowym

Ingredients:

- opakowanie makaronu penne (500 g),
- pół piersi z kurczaka (1 filet),
- 14 krewetek królewskich surowych, bez pancerza,
- 130 ml przecieru pomidorowego,
- papryka czerwona,
- 3 ząbki czosnku,
- 125 ml wytrawnego wina białego,
- oliwa z oliwek,
- łyżka masła,
- sól morska,
- pieprz,
- łyżka suszonego tymianku

Prepare instructions:

Krewetki w odsłonie makaronowej. Serdecznie polecam ten prosty i wykwintny obiad.

Na patelni rozgrzewamy masło i oliwę. Smażymy czosnek przeciśnięty przez praskę i pokrojoną w kostkę paprykę (ok. 2 min.). Wlewamy wino i przecier. Gotujemy przez 8 min. W tym czasie gotujemy makaron. Na rozgrzanej oliwie smażymy pokrojoną w kostkę, przyprawioną solą i pieprzem pierś (ok. 8 minut). 2 minuty przed końcem smażenia na patelnię z kurczakiem wrzucamy krewetki (wcześniej posolone i popieprzone) i całość smażymy jeszcze przez 2 minuty. Krewetki i pierś dodajemy potem do sosu i wszystko gotujemy przez 5 minut. Sos doprawiamy solą, pieprzem i suszonym tymiankiem. Odcedzamy makaron i dodajemy go do sosu. Dokładnie mieszamy. Podajemy z białym wytrawnym winem.

Mam dodać koncentrat czy przecier pomidorowy? W takiej ilości to diametralna różnica.
