Ingredients:

CIASTO: 3 jaja,1,5 szkl cukru,0,5 kostki miękkiej margaryny,3 szkl maki,3 łyżki miodu,3 łyzeczki sody
MASA: 1 szkl kaszy manny( ok 20dag), 4 szkl mleka, 1 kubeczek masła roślinnego,1,5 szkl cukru pudru,aromat waniliowy
Powidła sliwkowe

Prepare instructions:

Jaja utrzeć z cukrem i 0,5 kostki miękkiej margaryny na puch,po czym dodać mokę,miód,sodę i zagnieść ciasto
Ciasto podzielić na 3 części i rozwałkować na prostokątne placki,przełożyc na wysmarowane tłuszczem i opruszońę kaszą manną blachy i każdy piec ok 15-20 min w temp 200 C ,wystudzić i przekroić na 2 części
Ugotować na mleku mannę ,uważając by nie powstały grudki,utrzeć masło roślinne z cukrem pudrem,powoli dodawać wystudzoną kaszę,gdy masa będzie jednolita dodac aromat waniliowy
Placki przekładać raz masą,raz grubą warstwą powideł,owinąc w folię samoprzylepną i odstawić na 1-2 dni,aby nabrało wilgoci

A jeszcze jedno. Pół szklanki kaszy manny na 1 litr mleka to nie za mało, ? będzie rzadzizna.

Violu,czy to ciasto nie będzie za słodkie? 1½ szklanki cukru do ciasta+miód,do kremu 1½ szklanki pudru+ do tego jeszcze lukier,i powidła ,pytam bo u nas w domu nie jada się tak bardzo słodkich ciast.:)
