Wielkanocna Pascha z galaretką

Ingredients:

- 70 dag. tłustego twarogu,
- ¾ szklanki drobnego cukru,

- 12 dag masła,

- ¾ szklanki śmietanki,

- 3 żółtka,

- cukier waniliowy,

- kolorowa galaretka pokrojona w kosteczkę

Prepare instructions:

Twaróg dwukrotnie mielimy w maszynce.

Żółtka dokładnie ucieramy z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym. Mieszamy ze śmietanką, a następnie podgrzewamy na malutkim ogniu, cały czas mieszając, do momentu, kiedy masa zgęstnieje.

Musimy uważać, żeby masa się nie zagotowała..

Kiedy masa jest już gęsta zdejmujemy ją z ognia, dodajemy masło oraz zmielony ser i miksujemy do otrzymania jednolitej konsystencji. Zostawiamy do wystygnięcia.

Do ostudzonej masy dodajemy pokrojoną w niewielką kosteczkę galaretkę w dowolnym kolorze i delikatnie mieszamy.

Ceramiczną doniczkę lub pojemniczek (koniecznie z dziurką w dnie) wykładamy starannie gazą tak, żeby po bokach zostało trochę gazy do przykrycia.

Doniczkę wyłożoną gazą wypełniamy masą, przykrywamy brzegami gazy i obciążamy czymś ciężkim.

Wkładamy do talerzyka lub miseczki (pascha będzie tężeć i obciekać).

Wstawiamy na noc do lodówki.

Z podanej ilości składników wychodzą 3 paschy takiej wielkości jak na zdjęciu :)

Ja też zawsze na Wilkanoc taką robie, dzieci teraz już dorosłe ale też czekają na nią cały rok tylko dodaje bakali ale to jak to lubi, jest pyszna!!!
