Pierniki jak toruńskie

Ingredients:

6jaj
1 kg mąki
0,25 dkg margaryny
0,25 l śmietany kwaśnej
0,06 l oleju (ok 1łyżki ja daję)
0,375 l miodu
0,25 cukru
1opakowanie przyprawy do piernika
0,5 łyeczki amoniaku (ja oststnio niedałam bo niemiałam)
3 łyzeczki sody

Prepare instructions:

-połowę cukru zrumienić na karmel zalać 1/4 szklanki wody (najlepiej gorącą bo szybciej sie rozpuszcza)
-dodać miód i rozpuścić go -ostudzić
-żółtka i 3całe jaja utrzeć z połową cukru
-do jaj dodać mąkę, przestudzony miód z karmelem oraz rozpuszczoną margaryne(lub bardzo miekką), śmietane,olej,przyprawe do piernika, amonika, sode.
-wyrobić na jednolitą mase i odłożyć na noc do lodówki
-przed formowaniem szybciej wyjac z lodówki dla ułatwienia wałkowania.

-wypiekać 150stopni ok 10-15min ( w zależności od grubości ciasta i rodzaju piekarnika)

Jakie wychodza te pierniki? Miekkie czy raczej twardawe?

Są kruche ale nie twarde :) Grubość moich ciasteczek po wypieku to ok 4 mm. Pozdrawiam!

Jeśli dobrze rozumiem pytanie to po prostu wałkuję, od razu po tym wycinam i piekę.
