Rożki pysiaste i prościutkie

Ingredients:

- 40 dkg wiórków kokosowych
- 40 dkg margaryny
- 20 dkg cukru pudru
- 0,5 kg mąki Krupczatki

Wiórki kokosowe można zastąpić np. zmielonymi orzechami włoskimi, ziarnem sezamu, czy makiem!

Prepare instructions:

Najprostszy przepis na szybkie rogaliki.
Mieszamy wszystkie składniki, wyrabiamy ciasto tak długo, aż wszystkie składniki się połączą. Formujemy z ciasta rogaliki. Nie jest to takie proste, bo ciasto raczej nie nadaje się do wałkowania. Ja robię te rogaliki w dłoni biorąc odrobinę ciasta, robiąc z niego wałeczek i zaginając brzegi.
Ciastka pieczemy na blasze pokrytej folią aluminiową albo papierem do pieczenia w temperaturze ok 180-200 stopni. Musimy ich mocno pilnować, bo szybko się rumienią.

Polecam robienie owych rożków z połowy ciasta, bo wychodzi ich strasznie dużo :)

Przepraszam za brak zdjęcia... Ja tylko zrobię rożki, sfotografuję je i umieszczę tu fotografię.

Pysiaste to mało powiedziane. Upiekłam je już jakiś czas
temu i dzisiaj ukradłam jedno. Są wspaniałe.
