Pierogi leniwe bardzo puszyste

Ingredients:

50 dkg twarogu
3 jajka
1- 1,5 szklanki mąki
5 dkg masła
szczypta soli

Prepare instructions:

Utrzeć masło z żółtkami, dodać twaróg i wszystko razem ucierać. Do masy dodać ubitą pianę z białek , szczyptę soli i mąkę. Delikatnie wymieszać. Z ciasta uformowac wałek i pociąć go na ukośne kawałki. Pierogi wrzucić do wrzącej osolonej wody i gotować około 5 min od wypłynięcia ich na wierzch.Po wyjęciu polać masłem i bułką tartą oraz posypać cukrem.

Właśnie pochłonełam nieprzyzwoitą wręcz ilość :) pyszne.

Mąki faktycznie trzeba nieco więcej użyć.
