Pierogi z kaszą jaglaną, serem i ziemniakami

Ingredients:

Na ciasto:

3 szklanki mąki

1 szklanka ciepłej przegotowanej wody

1 jajko

2-3 łyżki oleju

sól

Na farsz:

25-30 dag białego sera

1 szklanka kaszy jaglanej

5 niedużych ugotowanych ziemniaków

1 cebula

sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

1. Kaszę płuczemy, gotujemy w osolonym wrzątku (wody powinno być mniej więcej 3 szklanki). Gotujemy aż kasza będzie miękka. Studzimy.

2. Cebulę drobno kroimy, rumienimy na małej ilości oleju na patelni. W misce mieszamy biały ser, kaszę, przeciśnięte przez praskę ziemniaki, Zrumienioną cebulkę, wszystko dokładnie mieszamy i doprawiamy solą i pieprzem.

3. Ze składników podanych powyżej zagniatamy ciasto (możemy też zrobić ciasto na swój ulubiony pomysł). Ciasto rozwałkowujemy i nakładamy farsz, zlepiamy.

4. Gotowe pierogi wrzucamy na osolony wrzątek i wyciągamy łyżką cedzakową kiedy zaczną się gotować.

5. Podajemy wedle upodobań - osobiście lubię polane topionym masełkiem.

Ile mniej więcej wyjdzie pierogów? Tak na 4 porcje (3 mężczyzn)?

Zazwyczaj wychodzi mi 50-55 pierogów. Zależy jakiej wielkości je robimy :)
