U mnie w domu tylko takie pierogi się robi na święta.  Tylko kapustę gotuję z przyprawami,  odciskam i dodaje podsmazoną cebulkę.  właśnie dzisiaj je robiłam i zamrozilam , będę mieć gotowe na wigilię.  Pozdrawiam,  Wesołych Świąt :)

Jak najbardziej też tak można - jeśli kapusta jest bardzo kwaśna, można ją ugotować z przyprawami, potem odcisnąć i wymieszać pokrojoną z podsmażoną cebulką. Jeśli dzieci nie lubią grzybów, chętnie taką wersję z duszoną lub gotowaną kapustą zjedzą :)
