Piersi faszerowane feta i szpinakiem

Ingredients:

dla 4 osoby:

4 piersi z kurczaka
1/2 kostki fety
1/2 paczki szpinaku mrozonego lub pol kilo swiezego
2 zabki czosnku
oliwa do smazenia
maka
sol,pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Szpinak udusic ze zmiazdzonym czosnkiem (sola i pieprzem) na patelni az bedzie miekki i odparuje cala wode. Po ostygnieciu nalezy go wymieszac z pokruszona feta, az utwozy lepka mase.

Piersi rozkroic wzdluz, ale nie do konca, tworzac tzw kieszonke.Pozolic i popieprzyc z obu stron. Do kazdej kieszonki nalezy zaladowac mase szpinakowo - fetowa.

Nastepnie obtaczamy piers w mace i podsmazamy (2 min z kazdej strony). Uwazamy aby nie zgubic farszu.

Pakujemy kazda piers oddzielnie w folie aluminiowa i wkladamy do piekarnika na kolejne 25 min.

Jezli obawiamy sie z zgubimy farsz, mozemy taka piers zaszyc lub obwiazac.

Przepis jest rewelacyjny!!!!!!!!. Tylko ja piekę w piekarniku od razy. Na kratce (jakby grill) a pod kratke stawiam blache z wodą, by tłuszcz spływał i aby woda parowała co sprawia że mięso jest bardziej soczyste.
