Przepis jest rewelacyjny!!!!!!!!. Tylko ja piekę w piekarniku od razy. Na kratce (jakby grill) a pod kratke stawiam blache z wodą, by tłuszcz spływał i aby woda parowała co sprawia że mięso jest bardziej soczyste.
