Piersi z kurczaka po meksykańsku

Ingredients:

4 piersi z kurczaka
5 średnich pomidorów
2 strąki czerwonej papryki
2 strąki żółtej papryki
10 dkg pszennej mąki
1 strączek papryczki chili (opcjonalnie)
200 ml białego wytrawnego wina
1 średnia cebula
3 ząbki czosnku
4 łyżki oleju słonecznikowego
sól i pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Piersi posolić i popieprzyć. Obtoczyć w mące. Obsmażyć na rozgrzanym tłuszczu z obu stron na złocisty kolor. Odłożyć w ciepłe miejsce. Pomidory sparzyć i obrać ze skórek. Pokroić w kostkę. Paprykę pozbawić gniazd nasiennych i również pokroić w kostkę. Obraną cebulę i pozbawioną nasion papryczkę chili drobno posiekać. Czosnek przecisnąć przez praskę. Rozdrobnione warzywa obsmażyć 5 min na pozostałym od smażenia piersi tłuszczu. Mięso przełożyć do rondla obłożyć warzywami, zalać winem i dusić pod przykryciem do miękkości mięsa. W miarę potrzeby podlewać wodą. Podawać z ryżem ugotowanym na sypko.
