To syr :) a właściwie ni to ser ni twaróg. Najczęściej do kupienia na Podhalu, jest wpisany na listę wyrobów regionalnych. Przy okazji zauważyłam, że zjadłam "d" w słowie "bundz", więc zmieniłam na tytułowe "bunc", bo i taka nazwa jest uznawana :)

Przy okazji napiszę, że zwykle jest bardzo łagodny w smaku, więc jeśli mamy fanaberię (jak ja :)) wrzucić go do pizzy - należy to zrobić w połączeniu z innymi słonymi w smaku składnikami.
