Ingredients:

250 g chudego twarogu
400 g mąki
5 jajek
6 łyżki mleka
7 łyżek oleju
sól
łyżka proszku do pieczenia
1,5 kg cebuli
2-3 ząbki czosnku
3 łyżki masła
400ml kwasnej śmietany
pieprz, sól, majeranek, słodka papryka, vegeta
200 g wędzonego boczku pokrojonego w kostkę

Prepare instructions:

Ser włożyć do miski, pokruszyć. Dodać mąkę, jajko, mleko, olej, 1/2 łyżeczki soli i proszek do pieczenia, wyrobić ciasto. Uformować je w kule, zawinać w folię spożywcza. Chłodzić w lodówce jakies 30 minut. Cebulę obrać, pokroić w plastry, czosnek przecisnąć przez praskę. Dusić na maśle około 10 minut, zdjać z ognia. Śmietanę wymieszać z 4 jajkami, przyprawić solą, pieprzem i resztą przypraw, dodać do cebuli, wymieszać. Ciasto rozwałkować przełożyć na natłuszczona blache, wykleić brzegi,wyłożyć mase cebulową, posypać kostkami boczku. Piec 30 minut w piekarniku nagrzanym do 200 stopni
