Pole a Broche

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

0,5 kg mąki
250g masła
5 szt. jaj
50g mleka
20g cukru
20g drożdży
12g soli

Prepare instructions:

Mąkę, jajka, sól i cukier wsypać do kociołka i powoli mieszając, gdy składniki dobrze się wymieszają dodać drożdże wcześniej rozpuszczone w letnim mleku. Na samym końcu dodać pokrojone masło i mieszać do póki masa nie będzie odchodzić od ścianek naczynia. Zostawić do wyrośnięcia. Piec w temperaturze 190 stopni C.

Tak, a piecze sie około 30 min ale czeba sprawdzać czy ciasto jest suche czy nie, a podaje sie to jako przekonske z róznymi dodatkami
