Popisowy murzynek

Ingredients:

wiekszość składników daje na oko ale to podstawowy przepis:

kostka margaryny
4 łyż.mleka
4 łyżki kakao(duuże)
1,5 szkl mąki
1,5 szkl cukru (może być brązowy trzcinowy ale wtedy troszke mniej)
2 łyzeczki proszku do pieczenia
skórka otarta z cytryny
4 jajka

Prepare instructions:

Margaryne,kakao,cukier i mleko wymieszaj i zagotuj w garnku(musi pożądnie zabulgotać)
Do ostudzonej zawartości garnka dodaj zółtka,przesianą mąkę,proszek do pieczenia,skórke otarta z cytryny i wymieszaj.
Dodaj sztywna piane z białek i delikatnie mieszaj aby sie napowietrzyło.
wstaw do nagrzanego piekarnika(180-200 stopni) na ok.1 godz.

objaśnienia:
jeżeli piekarnik był nagrzany do 200st.to zmniejsz temp.po 15 minutach
często robie wersje z wkropionymi gdzie niegdzie powidłami domowej roboty

murzynek nie jest strasznie stozkowaty i suchy,jest wypukły i wilgotnawy.
wyjmuje z pieca dop.jakis czs po wyłaczeniu grzania
robie polewe z tabliczek czekolady ze śmietanka lub serkiem waniliowym i masłem:)

jajek 4, polewa to tak ze rozpuszczam czekolade dodaje do niej troche masla lub/i (jak ktos sie nie odchudza) serka waniliowego lub smietanki,to naprawde zmienia smak ale polewe robie z czekolady ktora ma duzo kakao:)sorka ze tak pozno ale mnie nie bylo
