Ingredients:

Biszkopt
5 jajek
1 szkl. cukru
1 szkl. mąki
2 łyżki oleju
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Masa ananasowa
1 puszka ananasów
200g masła
2 op. galaretki ananasowej
2 op. budyniu ananasowego

Prepare instructions:

Białka ubić z cukrem , dodać żółtka, potem mąkę z proszkiem.
Na koniec dodać olej. Całość delikatnie wymieszać.Upiec biszkopt. Piec 50 min w 180 st.
Zimny przekroić na dwie części.

Masa ananasowa
Ananasy osączyć. Do soku z ananasów dodać 2 szklanki wody,
wymieszać. Odlać z tego 1/2 szklanki i rozprowadzić w tym budynie.
Pozostały sok z wodą zagotować, wsypać galaretki i dokładnie wymieszać.Gotować na wolnym ogniu. Wlać budyń , wymieszać.Dodać

masło. Gotować aż do rozpuszczenia się masła . Do ostudzonej masy dodać pokrojone w kostkę owoce.

Biszkopt przełożyć masą i włożyć do lodówki. Posypać cukrem pudrem.

Ten ananasowiec jest faktycznie przepyszny. Musialam troche zmienic sklad masy, poniewaz nie mialam budyniu i galaretki o smaku ananasowym. Dalam galaretki cytrynowe a budynie waniliowe. Jesli chodzi o mase to nigdy jeszcze takiej nie robilam. Bylam ciekawa co z tego wyjdzie, ale rozpuszczenie masla w masie budyniowo - galaretkowej zdalo egzamin. Polecam i bardzo dziekuje za ten przepis.
