Puszyste placki z ricottą

Ingredients:

(na około 15 sztuk):

250 g sera ricotta

1/2 szklanki mąki (szklanka 250 ml)

2 łyżki cukru

1 łyżeczka cukru z wanilią

1/2 łyżki skórki otartej z cytryny

4 jajka

szczypta soli

olej do smażenia (opcjonalnie)

syrop klonowy lub płynny miód (do polania)

Prepare instructions:

Pyszne, puszyste i bardzo delikatne placki z ricottą zasmakują dzieciom i amatorom serów.

Białka oddzielić od żółtek. Białka ubić na sztywną pianę ze szczyptą soli. Do sera dodać żółtka, cukier, cukier z wanilią i startą skórkę z cytryny. Zmiksować do uzyskania jednolitej konsystencji. Dodać przesianą mąkę i delikatnie wymieszać. Dodać 1/3 ubitej piany z białek i delikatnie wymieszać. Dodać resztę piany i wymieszać kilkukrotnie do połączenia się składników. Smażyć niewielkie placuszki (najlepiej bez tłuszczu) z dwóch stron na rumiano. Podawać polane syropem klonowym lub miodem.
