PYSZNA ryba z POMIDORAMI serem i bazylią

Ingredients:

-filety rybne śwież lub mrożone
-1 duuży pomidor
-bazylia (najlepiej świeża jak każde zioła)
-2 łyżki majonezu
-przyprawy (sól, pieprz, ja uzywam mieszanki grillowej)
-kilka plastrów sera żółtego
-jajko< mąka< bułka tarta do panierowania

Prepare instructions:

Przepis jest naprawdę banalnie prosty, jednak wprowadza do naszej kuchni cos innego. Tak więc zaczynamy.

1. Dowolną rybę rozmrażamy, odlewamy wodę, przyprawiamy.

2.Kroimy dość drobno pomidora, wsypujemy do miseczki, odlewamy wodę jeśli jest, dodajemy majonez, posiekaną bazylię(lub suszoną) doprawiamy trochę solą i pieprzem, mieszamy.

3. Filety obtaczamy w mące, potem w jajku i w bułce tartej, następnie wrzucamy na patelnie, obsmażamy z obu stron.

4. Kładziemy na każdy filet pomidory z majonezem i przykrywamy obficie serem żółtym posypujemy jeszcze odrobiną bazylii, przykrywamy pokrywką, aby ser się roztopił. I GOTOWE

JA podaje z ryżem, a gdy odgrzewam jem z grzankami ZAPRASZAM DO SKORZYSTANIA Z PRZEPISU.

MMMMmm rybka jest naprawdę pyszna!! Podobna jadłam na Litwie, i stąd zrekonstruowałam przepis. PYSZNOŚCI piolecam. innowacja w kuchni.
