Pyszna truskawkowa fantazja

Ingredients:

Biszkopt:
wg. własnego przepisu (każda z nas go ma)

Mus truskawkowy:
ok.1,5 kg truskawek
5 lyżek cukru
2 łyżki żelatyny
1/2 szkl. wody

Bita śmietana:
0,5 l smietany 30%
2-3 łyżki cukru pudru
2 łyżki żelatyny
1/2 szkl. wody

2 galaretki truskawkowe

Prepare instructions:

Upiec biszkopt. Gdy ostygnie przekroic go na pół.
Zostawić pare całych truskawek do dekoracji na wierzch ciasta.
Resztę truskawek zmiksować , dodając cukier i na końcu żelatynę rozpuszczoną w przegotowanej, ostudzonej wodzie. Wylać na pierwszą część biszkopta. Zostawić do zastygnięcia. W tym czasie ubić śmietanę z cukrem pudrem i dodać ostudzoną żelatynę . Na mus wyłożyć 2/3 śmietany.Przykryć drugą częścią biszkopta. Rozsmarować pozostałą śmietanę. Poukładać przekrojone na pół truskawki i zalać tężejącą galaretką (rozpuścić w mniejszej ilości wody). Smacznego!!!

Witaj Bożenko ,bardzo podoba mi się twoja truskawkowa fantazja ,czy robiłaś kiedyś z mrożonych truskawek ? bo mam ochotę zrobić ,tak pięknie twoja wygląda.

Witam serdecznie. Ciociu ulu nie robiłam z mrożonych ale myślę że można zrobić . Jak się truskawki rozmrożą to zmiksuj je i dalej jak w przepisie. pozdrawiam serdecznie
