Rewelacyjna zapiekanka z piersi i pieczarek

Ingredients:

3 piersi z kurczaka (jesli naczynie zaoroodporne jest mniejsze, moga byc dwie)
cebula
20-25 dkg pieczarek
slodka smietana (3 male pojemniki)
ser zólty (najlepsza mozarella!)
przyprawy do smaku
tluszcz do wysmarowania naczynia
maslo

Prepare instructions:

Naczynie zaroodporne wysmarowac tluszczem. Cebule pokroic w plastry i wylozyc nia dno naczynia. Nastepnie pieczarki podsmazyc na masle, doprawic do smaku i przelozyc na cebulke. Piersi z kury czyscimy równiez doprawiamy i kladziemy na pieczarkach. Nie trzeba ich ani rozbijac, ani podsmazac. Calosc polewamy slodka smietana i na to zcieramy zólty serek.
Zapiekanke wkladamy do rozgrzanego piekarnika na 180° C (piekarniki z termoobiegiem nastawiamy na 170°) i zapiekamy 90 min. Mniej wiecej 30 min przed koncem zdejmujemy pokrywke naczynia zaroodpornego, aby zapiekanka nie naszla woda.

Przepis brzmi banalnie, ale taki nie jest. Robi sie go szybko i równie szybko zjada :)

Nie, oczywiscie ze nie. Kwasna Ci poporstu skwasnieje ze wzgledu na temperature. Mam nadzieje ze bedzie smakowalo :) Czekam na relacje i zycze smacznego
