Rogaliki krucho-drożdżowe najlepsze na świecie

Ingredients:

1 kg mąki
2 dag drożdży
3 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1 szklanka śmietany
3 żółtka
1 1/2 kostki margaryny
2 łyżki smalcu
1/2 szklanki mleka
szczypta soli
2 łyżki cukru
35 dag marmolady

Prepare instructions:

Drożdze rozrobić z 1 łyżeczką cukru, 1 łyżeczką mąki i 6 łyżkami letniego mleka.Odstawić,by ,,ruszyły".
Margarynę,smalec, pr.do pieczenia,cukier rozetrzeć z mąką.Następnie dodać resztę składników- zagnieść ciasto i odstawić na godzinę do wyrośnięcia.
Natępnie z ciasta formować koła, wycinać trójkąty ,nakładać marmoladę i zwijać w rogaliki.Piec w 180 st. przez 15 min.
Z podanych składników wychodzi duża poracja rogali, ale na prawdę warto się wysilić. W życiu nie jadłam lepszych rogalików.Kto spróbuje na pewno zgodzi się ze mną.Polecam - przepis wypróbowany przez mnóstwo osób.

Nie wiem dlaczego tak pyszne rogaliki nie mają żadnego komentarza? Wczoraj zrobiłam po południu, a do wieczora już nie było:-) Bardzo, bardzo dobre!

Też nie rozumiem braku chętnych na wykonanie, bo są na prawdę przepyszne.:)
